GREG PENCE VICTORY is a joint fundraising committee composed of GREG PENCE FOR CONGRESS, MUSTANG PAC, GREAT AMERICA COMMITTEE, and the NRCC.
Any contribution to GREG PENCE VICTORY permissible under the Federal Election Campaign Act, as amended, from contributors who have not exceeded their applicable
contribution limits will be allocated among the participating committees as follows:
a) The first $5,600 from an individual shall be allocated to GREG PENCE FOR CONGRESS, to the maximum allowed for the Primary and General Election. The second $5,000 from an individual shall be allocated to MUSTANG PAC. The next $5,000 shall go to the GREAT AMERICA COMMITTEE. Any remaining funds up to $35,500 shall go to the NRCC.
b) The first $11,200 of a joint contribution shall be allocated to GREG PENCE FOR CONGRESS, to the maximum allowed for the Primary and General Election. The second $10,000 of a joint contribution shall be allocated to MUSTANG PAC. The next $10,000 shall go to GREAT AMERICA COMMITTEE. Any remaining funds up to $71,000 shall go to the NRCC.
c) The first $5,600 from a federal non-multicandidate committee shall be allocated to GREG PENCE FOR CONGRESS, to the maximum allowed for the Primary and General Election. The second $5,000 from a federal non-multicandidate committee shall be allocated to MUSTANG PAC. The next $5,000 shall go to the GREAT AMERICA COMMITTEE. Any remaining funds up to $35,500 shall go to the NRCC.
d) The first $10,000 from a federal multicandidate committee shall be allocated to GREG PENCE FOR CONGRESS, to the maximum allowed for the Primary and General Election. The second $5,000 shall be allocated to MUSTANG PAC. The next $5,000 shall go to the GREAT AMERICA COMMITTEE. Any remaining funds up to $15,000 shall go to the NRCC.
The contributor’s signature designates his or her contribution as described above. Contributions that exceed a contributor’s contribution limit to a participating committee shall be reallocated to the remaining participating committees according to this allocation formula and as permitted by law. Notwithstanding the allocation formula described above, contributions may be designated by the contributor for a specific committee, to the extent permitted by law.
The legal maximum that an individual and non-multicandidate political action committee may contribute to GREG PENCE VICTORY in a calendar year is $51,100 subject to the increase for inflation in odd-numbered years. The legal maximum amount couples may contribute is $102,200 if each spouse so designates the contributions, subject to the increase for inflation in odd-numbered years. The legal maximum that a multi-candidate political action committee may contribute to GREG PENCE VICTORY is $35,000 in a calendar year. Notwithstanding the above, an individual and non-multicandidate committee may only contribute $2,800 per election to Greg Pence for Congress, and multicandidate committees may only contribute $5,000 per election to Greg Pence for Congress. The remaining participants of the joint fundraising committee are subject to yearly contribution limits.
The maximum an individual may contribute to a federal candidate is $2,800 per election subject to an increase for inflation during odd-numbered years; $5,000 per calendar year to a federal political action committee; and $35,500 per calendar year to a national party committee subject to an increase for inflation during odd-numbered years. Qualified multicandidate PACs may contribute $5,000 per election to a federal candidate, $5,000 per calendar year to a federal political action committee, and $15,000 per calendar year to a national party committee. Non-multicandidate PACs may contribute $2,800 per election to a federal candidate, $5,000 per calendar year to a federal political action committee and $35,500 per calendar year to a national party committee, subject to an increase for inflation during odd-numbered years. All funds received in response to this solicitation will be subject to federal contribution limits and prohibitions. Contributions from corporations, national banks, labor unions, foreign nationals without “green cards,” and federal government contractors are prohibited.
Contributions to GREG PENCE VICTORY, or any participating committee, are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of each individual who contributes over $200 in a calendar year.
